St. Mary School uses FACTS to determine tuition assistance through the Diocese of Cleveland.  Because we are called to be good stewards of people’s generosity, it is required that any family who plans to apply for assistance for the academic year MUST demonstrate a good-faith effort by first applying to the FACTS program. 

We are committed to reviewing each family’s individual situation and we will do our best to provide the needed assistance to prospective and current students.  The application is available at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3X8LM. Documentation must be submitted at the time of application.

Families need to submit a copy of the FACTS application and all paperwork sent to FACTS to the school office for determination of parish assistance through the Guardian Angel Program. For more information call the school at 330-262-8671.
